I’m Charlotte, a cognitive behavioural coach offering a calm and compassionate space to support those who may be experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, anxious attachment, confusion about life direction, life transitions, work stress, people-pleasing, or self-doubt.
I use evidence-based CBT coaching tools and attachment theory combined with a holistic mind-body coaching framework for nervous system regulation.
My coaching style is designed to help you reconnect with yourself; your inner wisdom, your calm, and your capacity for resilience.
“Together, we can help to untangle your thoughts, find clarity and strength to move forward with inner confidence and create a life that feels meaningful to you.”

Who I Work With
I support individuals who may be feeling or experiencing:
- Overwhelm
- Anxiety
- Caught in cycles of overthinking or self-doubt
- People-pleasing
- Relationship anxiety
- Anxious attachment style
- Struggling to remain on-track with personal goals
- Unclear about direction in life
- Out of balance with work, rest, and self-care
- Ready to reconnect with themselves but unsure where to begin

My coaching is particularly suited to neurodivergent individuals and/or highly sensitive people (HSPs) and those who value reflection, empathy, and depth in their personal growth journey.
My Coaching Approach
I take a holistic and solution-focused approach to coaching that integrates both the mind and body in the present. My sessions are designed to help you discover how to regulate your emotions in real time, move forward, and build lasting self-trust and inner confidence.
A plan with a vision is a vehicle for making dreams happen.”
– Hudson, The Handbook of Coaching
I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and experiential methods, including:
- Guided visualisation and mindfulness
- CBT-informed coaching tools and techniques
- Nervous system regulation and grounding tools
- Attachment style theory
- Reflective self-inquiry

Together, we can discuss your approach preferences and I can adapt accordingly to support you individually.
The topic(s) you choose for us to focus on will dictate the goals of our sessions. Clients have let me know that they leave sessions with increased self-awareness, self-compassion, and feeling more balanced and confident.
A Little More About Me
I have lived experience of panic attacks and anxiety, which has shaped my personal growth journey and allowed for deeper empathy for clients. I understand the importance of safety and trust, and how our nervous systems play a crucial part in our emotional experience. I show up with genuine empathy and respect for each person’s journey and pace.
Alongside 1:1 coaching, I also work as a mental health blog writer and create self-paced tools, reflective PDFs, and educational resources to support self-understanding and emotional regulation. Please get in touch to learn more.
Painting, writing, and gardening are some of my favourite ways to find inner balance along with spending quality time with friends and family.

My Philosophy
